Global Partnership for Zero Leprosy

Client Project: Identity, branding, website, and print collateral development

Why Resonance: Resonance has partnered with just about every communication team within The Task Force for Global Health, a non-profit organization made up of more than a dozen programs and initiatives based out of Decatur, GA. So when the organization formed the leprosy partnership, Resonance was a logical choice.

Solution / design rationale: The circle, or zero, symbol in their identity primarily signifies the goal of reducing the number of people affected by leprosy to zero. The shape is suggestive, too, of the Japanese ensō symbol, a sacred manifestation of wholeness, strength and acceptance.

Of note: Resonance also works with American Leprosy Missions, which has a very different brand, but the same goal of eliminating leprosy. The knowledge gained for one client is also relevant to the other, reducing the learning curve and lowering costs.
